Hey Sunshine

Hey Sunshine, it’s the weekend and I’ve got a colorful outfit to share! I’m wearing this Anine Bing “hey sunshine” shirt and these Stella McCartney rainbow heart jeans. The tee shirt is so comfy and I just love the happy yellow of the wording. And how amazing are the jeans with the rainbow colored hearts sprinkled around like confetti?! Side note: I also love these Stella McCartney jeans with heart shaped knee patches. When I was in school for fashion I designed a pair of workout leggings with heart shaped knee patches and later started seeing lots of pants around with a very similar design. I think I should be credited for the hearts on knees look if you ask me!

I’m wearing one of my favorite pairs of shoes at the moment, these platform Supergas (also worn here). They take a little while to get used to but overall they’re pretty comfy and I love that they make me just a little taller even though I’m happy with my lil ol’ 5’2 frame.

I can’t believe it’s August already! I feel like summer is passing us by so quickly. I’m trying my best to savor this warm weather and get outside as much as possible even if it’s just for a stroll around the neighborhood. I hope everyone has had a fun filled summer thus far!
