A Home in the Hills

Oh hey there! Remember me? It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here, mostly because I haven’t had the time or energy, but I’m hoping that’s all about to change because I’m about to embark on a new chapter of life. I’ll give a full update later, but I’m hopeful that my life will be a little less hectic and a little more filled with the things and people (and cats) that I love. Since I’ve had some time away from blogging and Instagramming I’ve been thinking about what I want to do with this blog and where I see it going. But again, more on that later.

For now, I’ll leave you with some photos from way back in January that my manfriend took while house/dog sitting in LA. I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with LA. These photos from a hillside home pretty much sum up the love side: warm weather in the middle of winter, gorgeous views, winding hills, eclectic charm, and (not pictured) bomb.com vegan food. But on the hate side…the unbelievably high cost of living, the traffic, the smog, the traffic again, THE PARKING. I guess you can’t have it all, right?
